The initial payment is due upon signing the agreement and must be made within 7 days of that date.
Payments are due every 6 months and must be made at least 30 days in advance of the due date. Late payments may result in your advert being suspended pending settlement. In extreme cases, the advert may be removed altogether.
We undertake to provide you the customer with 6 months electronic advertising as stated in the signed agreement for the fee agreed in the same.
No further or other obligation is provided by www.constructionrates.co.uk either under contract or at Law. Furthermore www.constructionrates.co.uk provides no warranty, bond or guarantee whatsoever and has no liability for any service/services you provide to your client.
www.constructionrates.co.uk reserves the right to refuse future advertising contracts.
You agree that www.constructionrates.co.uk shall not be liable for any loss [howsoever caused] by any action by any party.
You accept the responsibility of checking your company information that we enter on your behalf and report any required corrections within seven days.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a right to any trade names or marks, any domain names and other such items that you wish to use.
You are responsible for promoting the good name of www.constructionrates.co.uk
You are responsible for all legal and financial concerns pertaining to your business including, but not limited to, any disputes between you and another party.
You are not permitted to resell or copy all or any part of this package or its services.
You accept that all transactions relating to your business such as product supply, order fulfilment and delivery are solely between you and your customers.
www.constructionrates.co.uk will not be held responsible for any damages to whomsoever arising from the use of this service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue and lost profits.
The minimum term for this package is six months.
Only the event of any material breach of this Agreement by www.constructionrates.co.uk , The Customer may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty days prior written notice.
Either you or www.constructionrates.co.uk may terminate this Agreement after the initial six months period for any or no reason;
No money will be refunded in any event.
